Love, drama, and danger

She rolled onto her side, her leg coming over the pillow as she clutched it closer to her. She had had the most wonderful dream last night. Wrath had taken her so ferociously, so dominating and commanding. But it was only a dream. It had to be. . .  but when her ''pillow'' moaned, turned over to cover her with a strong, muscular arm she froze.
Her eyes slowly opened, no longer dwelling in that sweet boarder between sleep and reality.
"Oh my God." She breathed. Memories rushed back into her, last night was far from a dream, though she realized it was worse... He had been completely drunk when he had taken her.
Her gaze traveled from his chest up to the beautiful blue of his eyes. He was awake.
Before he could say anything, Lilith jumped off the bed, her eyes searching frantically for her clothes.
"Lilith?-"
She cut him off before he could inquire further, "I'm sorry, Wrath. I have taken advantage of you state last night to fuel my own petty urges." She didn't risk to glance at him, fearing of what she might find in those ocean  depths of his.
Her eyes locked onto her torn dress on the floor. . . She knew she should have never gone to the party. It was a pointless waste of time. A place where people went to lose themselves, a place where she did not belong. She had responsibilities now, a child whom depended on her. . . yes... That brought back the memory of her decision. It was for the best, she told herself.
Shaking the thoughts out of her mind she rushed to her closet, finding and putting on her armor.
How could she have succumbed to such primal instincts? She was in the middle of cursing herself in every way she could think when she felt a sudden shiver run down her spine. She spun and smacked right into Wrath's massive body. How was it, that no matter how much she trained, she could never stop the way her body reacted to him?

She hit the ground hard as the older child pushed her down. She grunted, and jumped back to her feet. She attempted to deflect the next array of attacks but they proved to fast for her. She was hit in the face, side, and stomach. She threw a punch which was immediately blocked. She screamed her frustration. Why won't you leave me alone! She wanted to shout at them, but it would have proved useless, her speech was impaired by the blood dripping out of her mouth.
They knocked her down once more, this time keeping her there with assaulting kicks. She curled up into a tight ball in order to soften the blows. Just escape Lilith, just think of your happy place.
It took her some time to notice the assault had stopped. She carefully uncurled, peeking in between her hands to see if any of the children were still around. Instead she was greeted with caring blue eyes and a small smile.
   "Hey Lilith. Are you ok?"
Wrath! Her relief flowed through her, calming her anger and pain altogether. She propelled herself up and into Wrath's awaiting arms. She never wanted to show weakness in front of him yet there she sat, sobbing in his embrace.
"It's alright Lilith, it's alright. I am here." His softly cooed. Lilith's sobs stopped as the pain slowly settled in. She winced as Wrath pulled her away to examine her injuries. She couldn't look into his eyes. She was frightened she would only find disappointment.
"Come now Lilith, will you not even look at me?"
No. She thought.
He helped her up and to her surprise he lifted her into his arms.
"Wrath! I can walk!" She exclaimed.
"I know." Was his only answer. That day, he carried her home. It was a moment she would never forget. It was the day that heated her fire within, a fire that urged her to be strong. To become as strong as Wrath was.
